Everyone can sign up for the SPH Golf Card. If you don’t currently possess a valid USGA golf handicap, you can still sign up for the golf card and enjoy the member benefits. Once you’ve successfully passed your golf handicap test, present the handicap certificate to us and a USGA handicap will be created within SGA’s Centralised Handicapping System.
Below is a list of SPH Golf recommended partners whom you can approach to take the handicap test. Fees for handicap test are NOT included in the SPH Golf Card membership.

Applying for plans that do not correspond to your age may result in the suspension of your membership.
After selecting your membership plan, you will be directed to make payment online.
If you already possess a valid USGA golf handicap with Singapore Golf Association (SGA), you may choose to transfer your USGA membership from your current home club to SPH Golf. This can be done via SGA’s Centralised Handicapping System.
If you don’t possess a valid USGA golf handicap, you can still sign up for the membership and enjoy the member benefits. Once you’ve successfully passed your golf handicap test, present the handicap certificate to us and a USGA handicap will be created within SGA’s Centralised Handicapping System.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email notifying you of your membership number. Membership numbers are unique and not transferrable. This membership number will then be your UserID used to log into the SPH Golf website.
The minimum subscription tenure is 1 year. At the point of selecting the category of membership, you can select the desired membership term and the corresponding prices will be displayed.
Membership subscription for the SPH Golf Card is made online via credit card. Paypal is the payment gateway we use to process your credit card payment. You do not need a Paypal account to process a credit card payment – simply select the “Checkout as a guest” option.
Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your SPH Golf Card. Your membership card will be sent to your mailing address, together with your welcome vouchers.
Your SPH Golf Card subscription will be automatically renewed for another term if you do not cancel the subscription prior to the end of the first term. But don’t worry, we will send you an email to remind you about the renewal at least 2 weeks before your subscription term expires. You can easily opt not to renew the membership.
To use the complimentary tee time vouchers, you need to make the bookings directly to the golf club (slots subject to availability). Each voucher states the validity period, and the extras payable to the club where applicable.
Your SPH Golf Card comes with ongoing membership privileges such as discounts at golf retail outlets, partner hotel and spas, and dining benefits. See full details of privileges HERE. You will be required to show your SPH Golf Card at participating merchants to be accorded the privileges that come with the SPH Golf Card.
If you’ve signed up for the SPH Golf Card, upon using your membership number to log into the SPH Golf website, you will see the golf courses with preferential pricing that you can book. More courses are constantly being added and we endeavour to secure the best rates for our members.
You can conveniently secure your tee times through our online tee time platform, powered by our tee times partner, GolfGreedy.com. Tee times are confirmed instantly upon making your payment online. In rare occasions where the course you have booked may be closed for any reason, GolfGreedy will contact you directly to make alternative arrangements.
All instant booking made online must be paid via credit online. For courses not listed on our website and where you are using the privileges accorded to the SPH Golf Card, you will have to make your own bookings directly to the golf club, quoting that you are a SPH Golf Card holder – the payment for these golf rounds will then have to be made directly to the club.
As the rates we have secured for members are very special rates, we discourage any cancellation upon confirmation of booking. If you really need to cancel though, you are required to make the cancellation at least 72 hours before your tee time.
Each golf course has its own rain check policies. In the event that you did not get to play due to inclement weather, and if the golf club agrees to cancel your booking, you will be given a full refund (back to your credit card) for your booking. If, however, a rain check is issued to your by the golf club, you should arrange directly with the golf club directly to reschedule your game.
